Tickets

By the 15th day of each month you will receive tickets and parking for the next month’s shows.
Boxholders receive tickets to all PlayhouseSquare events in the Palace Theatre (benefit fundraisers and some rentals are excluded). Please note that due to the nature of the entertainment industry, dates, artists, and attractions are subject to change, often on short notice. You will receive updates by email when last minute changes occur.
The program also includes reserved parking, use of the Roy H. Holdt Boxholders Lounge, and food and beverage service directly to your loge box. If you have any questions regarding the tickets you receive as part of your boxholder agreement, please call 216-348-7901.

Additional Tickets
All shows listed on the calendar are available for purchase. You will receive priority seating in either Donor Circle (first 20 rows, main floor, center) or the first few rows of the loge section.

To Purchase additional tickets for the Palace, or any of PlayhouseSquare’s theaters, contact Donor Services at (216) 348-5264. If you reach voice mail, please leave a detailed message indicating:
  • the show
  • the preferred date and time of the performance
  • the number of tickets you need
Your request will then be able to be researched and tickets reserved prior to returning your call. You will be billed for the tickets at the time of purchase, using the credit card you have designated for such purposes.


Food and Beverage

Beverages and snacks may be ordered prior to the opening curtain or in advance. Food and beverages may be consumed either in your loge or in the Boxholders’ Lounge. (some performances may restrict food & beverages in the loge) It is recommended that guests arrive to their seats 15 minutes before curtain to ensure prompt service.

The Roy H. Holdt Boxholders Lounge is a private lounge open to all Box Ticket Holders—your box seat ticket stubs get you into the club. The Lounge is located off the Mezzanine Lobby directly across from the auditorium. Full bar and beverage service is available before performances through intermission. A coatroom and private phones are also available in the Lounge for guest use.


Palace Boxholder Parking

For Palace Theatre Boxholder performances, you will receive one (1) reserved parking space for every two (2) seats in your Loge Box. Parking is on the 1st floor of the PlayhouseSquare Parking Garage located at Chester Avenue and East 15th Street.
