When does the committee meet and get together?

SHOP NIGHTS!

Shop Nights occur to create and build the fabulous décor at Jump Back Ball every year! No creativity skills required – just a desire to have fun! Many, many people are needed to help build and create all the décor for the event. All the décor at Jump Back is created and built by volunteers. Décor fills the State Lobby, State Stage, Balcony, etc. Ideas are born at Shop Night! Those who participate always feel a sense of pride at the event – when looking up at a décor piece and saying to a friend, “I helped paint that.” All are welcome!

Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided for all Shop Night attendees.

Free Parking will be available in the PlayhouseSquare Parking Garage (entrance off Chester) on Mondays only. “Get out of jail free” cards will be handed out to everyone in attendance (on Mondays).

All Shop Nights begin at 6:00 pm, and they take place in the Allen Theatre Dressing Rooms.

To get to the Allen Theatre Dressing Rooms, you enter through the stage door at the back of the Allen Theatre (entrance on Dodge Court). Directly across the street (Dodge Court) from the elevators in the PlayhouseSquare Parking Garage, there is a sign that says "Allen Theatre Dressing Rooms." At that door, you will ring the buzzer, and tell Central Security you are here for Jump Back Ball. Once they buzz you in, follow the signs to find everyone at “Shop Night.”
