Families Schools Programs/Workshops Support Educators Broadway Idea Center Value of Arts Education
Launch is an artist residency program designed to support invention and innovation in performance and to foster new relationships between Northeast Ohio artists and the public.

Residency packages can include:
-Rent-free use of space in the Idea Center at Playhouse Square (Westfield Insurance Studio Theatre, Gund Foundation Dance Studio and/or Miller Family Arts Education Classroom)
-Production subsidy
-Media relations and marketing support

Applications for Launch are considered throughout the year. Northeast Ohio artists may click here to download a PDF Launch application and list of proposal requirements. Only performing arts projects are eligible for Launch; special consideration is given to performing arts for youth.

Launch is modeled on a successful program created by the Harbourfront Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hatch).
