THE MAN BEHIND THE BUZZ

Tom Stephan

Tom Stephan is entering his second season as the writer of the Broadway Buzz e-Newsletter. A retired teacher, he now pursues acting, radio and television commercial work and community service. He has been seen in more than 65 productions in the Akron-Canton area and is known as “The Voice of Stow,” serving as the announcer for many community events including the Great Pumpkin Festival, 4th of July parade and and Taste of Stow. He has won five Best Actor and one Best Supporting Actor awards from various area theaters, and was honored by the State Department of Education for implementation of a middle school program called “Drama in the Classroom.”
