Where do we park?
Consider parking in the on-site PlayhouseSquare Garage, which is located at East 15th Street and Chester (view map of PlayhouseSquare District). The Garage offers a covered walkway (re-opened October 2011) from the Garage into the theaters. The walkway is accessible from the 2nd floor of the Garage and elevators are available on each parking level of the Garage. Purchase your parking in advance for $9 or on-site for $10. If you prefer, you can purchase your parking in advance and be assured that a spot will be held for you.

Where do we stay?
If you’re visiting from out of town, welcome to Cleveland! Or, if you’re just planning to make a weekend of it, consider staying at the newly renovated Wyndham Hotel at PlayhouseSquare. It’s located just steps and minutes away from the theater doors and valet parking is available. Click here to make a reservation
What is your children’s ticket policy?
For Children’s Theater Series shows, children ages two years or younger may sit on the parent’s lap. However, everyone, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket for entrance into the performance. All children must be seated with an adult. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without refund. We also have booster seats available!
What else can we do while visiting?
Consider adding a children’s workshop to your theater experience before or after your show. They’re a great way to expand your child’s understanding of what they see on stage. Led by professional teaching artists, these one-hour workshops are fun, educational and only $5 per child, but space is limited, so you should make your reservations in advance.
