The Black Watch and the Band of the Scots Guards

The legendary Pipes, Drums and Highland Dancers of Scotland's Black Watch join forces with the Band of the Scots Guards for a concert celebrating the music of England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. The Black Watch is the most famous and adored bagpipe band in the world. The joint concert with the renowned musicians of the Band of the Scots Guards will feature a unique blend of music, pageantry and history highlighted by traditional folk music and military tunes that convey the rich legacy of the British Isles. The stirring sound of bagpipes, drums, band music and all the color and pageantry of the British military will appeal to the whole family.

Children Policy:
Children under two years old are generally not permitted in the theaters. At designated performances Children of all ages are permitted. However, everyone regardless of age must have a ticket. All children must be seated with an adult. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without refund.

Where do we park?

The PlayhouseSquare Garage is located at East 15th and Chester with elevators located on each level and a walkway to the complex. PlayhouseSquare has kept event night parking affordable for our customers. Parking can be purchased for the on-site PlayhouseSquare garage for just $12.00 ($10.00 advance purchase). Do you need to purchase tickets by phone or in-person?

The Ticket Office is located in the State Theatre lobby and is open Monday-Sunday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Hours vary when we have an evening performance and will also vary during the summer months. To confirm operating hours call the Ticket Office information line at 216-771-8403. Tickets may also be purchased by phone Monday - Sunday from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. at 216-241-6000 or 866-546-1353.
