Also joining the show as the show’s stage host is Cleveland’s own best-selling author, Michael Ruhlman. Ruhlman, who has written over a dozen books on both cooking and non-fiction topics, has been seen frequently on TV as a judge on “Iron Chef America” and “Next Iron Chef,” as well as PBS-TV’s “Cooking Under Fire” and “Simply Ming,” the Food Network plus several episodes of the Travel Channel’s “Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations.” (Ruhlman’s upcoming two collaborative cookbooks will be with The French Laundry’s iconic Thomas Keller and Iron Chef/Cleveland favorite son, Michael Symon.
