Known as Cleveland’s hottest party, Jump Back Ball is THE event you can’t miss. Party like a rock star in PlayhouseSquare’s gorgeous theaters, even dance like a headliner on the State Theatre stage. Guests come early and leave late – there is no other event like it! Rock out to great bands, nosh on a gourmet dinner buffet catered by Sammy’s, sip endless cocktails and try your luck at the raffle and silent auction all while supporting PlayhouseSquare’s not-for-profit mission.

No guests under 21 permitted.

Due to record breaking ticket sales, tickets for this event are extremely limited. As a result, all phone sales will end on Friday, November 30 at 2:30pm. A limited amount of tickets will be available for sale on Monday, December 10 from 5-7pm during our Happy Hour event at Noodlecat.

PlayhouseSquare is located in Cleveland's theater district located on Euclid Avenue, between East 14th and East 17th Streets. Where do we park?

The PlayhouseSquare Garage is located at East 15th and Chester with elevators located on each level and a walkway to the complex. PlayhouseSquare has kept event night parking affordable for our customers. Parking can be purchased for the on-site PlayhouseSquare garage for just $12.00 ($10.00 advance purchase). Do you need to purchase tickets by phone or in-person?

The Ticket Office is located in the State Theatre lobby and is open Monday-Sunday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Hours vary when we have an evening performance and will also vary during the summer months. To confirm operating hours call the Ticket Office information line at 216-771-8403. Tickets may also be purchased by phone Monday - Sunday from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. at 216-241-6000 or 866-546-1353.
