Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the iconic 1973 film, Ted Neeley hits the road again, this time without the robe. Fronting the Little Big Band, Neeley takes a musical and story-filled look back at his early days as a pioneer of rock musicals, with selections from Hair, Tommy, Sgt. Pepper's, and of course, Jesus Christ Superstar. Ted opens the vault of images and video from his personal collection, spins tales untold of the making of the seminal Norman Jewison film, presents music from his new album, a few surprise covers, and the story behind his appearance in the newly released "Django Unchained". From his roots in Texas to the bright lights of Broadway, come along for the ride!

 

Children Policy:
Children under two years old are generally not permitted in the theaters. At designated performances Children of all ages are permitted. However, everyone regardless of age must have a ticket. All children must be seated with an adult. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without refund.

PlayhouseSquare is located in Cleveland's theater district located on Euclid Avenue, between East 14th and East 17th Streets. Where do we park?

The PlayhouseSquare Garage is located at East 15th and Chester with elevators located on each level and a walkway to the complex. PlayhouseSquare has kept event night parking affordable for our customers. Parking can be purchased for the on-site PlayhouseSquare garage for just $12.00 ($10.00 advance purchase). Do you need to purchase tickets by phone or in-person?

The Ticket Office is located in the State Theatre lobby and is open Monday-Sunday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Hours vary when we have an evening performance and will also vary during the summer months. To confirm operating hours call the Ticket Office information line at 216-771-8403. Tickets may also be purchased by phone Monday - Sunday from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. at 216-241-6000 or 866-546-1353.
