Partners in Performance Program
There are two goals for the Partners in Performance program:
Expose students to live performing arts.
Provide support for teachers to integrate live performing arts into the curriculum to improve student motivation and performance.
It has always been easy to become a Partner in Performance, and we now have made it more rewarding to bring an entire grade or school to a performance at PlayhouseSquare. After becoming a Phase 1 Partner in Performance, you will be invited to Phase 2, enjoying more rewards for you and your students.
To Become a Phase 1 Partner in Performance (School and/or District):
Book a field trip for at least 15% of your district’s total enrollment to a school or International Children's Festival performance. School performance order form.
The Benefits of becoming a Phase 1 Partner in Performance:
$1 discount per ticket for performance field trips booked by Sept. 15
Priority seating for shows booked by Sept. 15
Priority reservations for lunch, at available shows
Two FREE tickets for Fall for the Arts
Discover PlayhouseSquare DVD and Teacher’s
Script for each teacher in the school
Priority professional/staff development opportunities and discounts
One activity guide per participating student for each show booked
Advanced notice of all PlayhouseSquare Community Engagement & Education special shows and events
To Become a Phase 2 Partner in Performance (School and/or District):
Complete Phase 1 of the program.
Book a field trip for at least 15% of your district’s total enrollment to a school or International Children's Festival performance by Sept. 15. School performance order form.
The Benefits of becoming a Phase 2 Partner in Performance:
All the benefits of Phase I
Partial bus subsidy in the second year if at least 15% of your total district enrollment is booked for a school or International Children’s Festival field trip by Sept. 15.
District representation on the PlayhouseSquare Education Advisory Committee
*All programs are based on availability and subject to change. School enrollment numbers are calculated from total enrollment of prior year as posted by the Ohio Department of Education.
Why is Partners in Performance important?
