An Evening With Broadway Star Billy Porter

We invite you to celebrate and support Playhouse Square’s growing portfolio of diverse and innovative arts education programs at Center Stage! An Evening to Benefit Arts Education on Saturday, June 17, 2017.  The special night will feature Tony Award-winning Kinky Boots star Billy Porter who will bring his celebrated show, Broadway and Soul, to the Ohio Theatre. 

Playhouse Square Annual Benefit is our signature fundraising event, this year includes a cocktail reception, seated dinner on one of our theater stages or lobbies, exclusive performance of Broadway Legend, Billy Porter, and a dessert party with live entertainment and dancing. Proceeds benefit the Community Engagement & Education programs at Playhouse Square.

How do we get there?

PlayhouseSquare is located in Cleveland's theater district located on Euclid Avenue, between East 14th and East 17th Streets. For detail directions, visit our Directions and Parking section to find convenient directions. For public transportation, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority provides public transportation to areas around PlayhouseSquare. Click here for more information on public transportation.

Where do we park?

The PlayhouseSquare Garage is located at East 15th and Chester with elevators located on each level and a walkway to the complex. PlayhouseSquare has kept event night parking affordable for our customers. Parking can be purchased for the on-site PlayhouseSquare garage for just $20.00 ($14.00 advance purchase). Do you need to purchase tickets by phone or in-person?

The Ticket Office is located in the State Theatre lobby and is open Monday-Sunday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Hours vary when we have an evening performance and will also vary during the summer months. To confirm operating hours call the Ticket Office information line at 216-771-8403. Tickets may also be purchased by phone Mon.-Sat. 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m., Sun. 9 a.m.-8 p.m. at 216-241-6000 or 866-546-1353. For additional ticket and theater policies, visit our ticket policy section.
