Life Insurance

Making a gift of a paid-up life insurance policy is another simple and easy way to support Playhouse Square.

If you have a life insurance policy that is no longer needed, you may use it to make a gift. Simply name Playhouse Square as owner and beneficiary of the policy during your lifetime by completing both a change of ownership and a beneficiary designation form available from your insurance company. In doing so, you qualify for an income tax deduction for an amount roughly equal to cash value of the policy.

If you have questions, need further information or wish to discuss your plans, please complete this form and someone will contact you or contact Michelle Ryan Stewart, Vice President of Development, at 216-640-8410.
