Marketing Coordinator

Playhouse Square is searching for an outgoing, people-oriented person with oustanding organizational skills to fill the position of Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and coordinating advertising budget/settlement, marketing and publicity plans for various shows, events and institutional initiatives as assigned.
  • Tracking daily and weekly sales for assigned shows; adjusting plans and spending as needed to reach ticket and revenue goals.
  • Coordinating non-show related marketing projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Providing administrative assistance as needed. 


  • Minimum of one year social, new media, and traditional media marketing experience; background in marketing, promotions or communications preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Knowledge of current PC hardware and software; photo manipulation, video and audio editing skills desired.
  • Outgoing, people oriented person, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
