Ticketing Concierge

Salary Range: $11.00/hour

Playhouse Square is seeking outgoing, people-oriented customer service professionals to fill the role of Ticketing Concierge. Some responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound calls and patron emails, and return related voicemails for the Individual Ticket Sales and Service Line.
  • Remain up-to-date with all Playhouse Square District businesses, events, performances and procedures to aid in creating an evening package
  • Efficiently respond to ticket buyer inquiries, ADA requests, and be a solution source for patrons via phone and email.
  • Accurately input and maintain patron data and sales documentation. Maintain any sales logs or communication as requested by management.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and donation goals as established by management.

The minimum required availability is 3 shifts per week.

Shifts available:

  • 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
  • 1 - 5:30 p.m.
  • 5 - 9 p.m.

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, people oriented person, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Prior customer service and direct/phone sales experience, familiarity with the performing arts preferred.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Displays creativity and personal accountability in the workplace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of current PC hardware and software.
