How to Keep Your Seats Online

First, you must ensure you can log into your Playhouse Square online account.

If you are unsure of your login information (email address and password), click here and enter the email address associated with your Playhouse Square season ticket account. Remember, you may have a home and work email, so look back to an old email you have received from us and see which address it was sent to.

After that, check your inbox for an email from ticketoffice@playhousesquare.org with your temporary password.

From there, you can log in with your temporary password and create a new permanent password. Write your new password down so you can find it later. 

Once logged in, you will be in the "Offers" tab in your "My Account" menu.

You should see your 2023-2024 Children's Theater Series Renewal. To keep your seats, click "Add to Order."

Next, you will be prompted to add on admission to our Workshops--a great way to enhance your child's experience. 

Select the number of Workshop admissions you want to add. Remember, only the children need a Workshop admission.
