Facilities and Capital Projects Coordinator

  1. Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department.
  2. Provide administrative support to Vice President of Facilities and Capital and Facilities Manager as needed.
  3. Develop and maintain necessary databases.
  4. Organize and record all invoices and pay applications and reconcile budgets. Budgets include operating, capital, and tenant improvements.
  5. Coordinate project communication and data management.
  6. Organize and maintain construction records, drawings and contact information of all past, current and proposed construction projects; prepare notices of commencement.
  7. Coordinate with government agencies and certification and licensing boards per project requirements. Maintain and organize state and federal tax credit reporting.   



  1. Minimum two years administrative experience.
  2. Two years commercial real estate experience preferred.
  3. Self-motivated with strong organizational and budgeting skills.
  4. Outgoing, people-oriented person, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  5. Knowledge of current PC hardware and software including Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
  6. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
