Playhouse Square is looking for an outgoing individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, and diligent attention to accuracy and detail to take on the exciting new role of Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department.
  2. Assist Senior VP with planning, execution and/or organization of special Marketing and Sales projects and events.
  3. Provide continuous assistance to Senior VP with administrative tasks and projects as directed.
  4. Coordinate the creation and production of various marketing and sales collateral, premium items and materials or items that support special promotions and events.
  5. Provide support to Marketing Partnerships Manager as it pertains to contract fulfillment and event coordination.
  6. Assist with monitoring and creating content for all Playhouse Square social media channels.
  7. Provide production and editing assistance with digital communications that may include, but is not limited to, e newsletters, podcasts, social media, web updates and blog posts; cross train on AudienceView and website administration.
  8. Oversee scheduling, rotation and adherence to standards for all marketing signage across the Playhouse Square campus including but not limited to 14th Street billboard, Dazzle Media Network, door and window graphics, LumenView, pole banners and posters.
  9. Coordinate all aspects of marketing research.
  10. Provide switchboard relief.
  11. Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing, communications and/or special events; sports or entertainment industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Power Point, Excel, Word; knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media channels. Copy editing and video editing skills a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; writing samples required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Diligent attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Outgoing, people-oriented person, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
