Any show or event not listed below will continue as planned. If that should change, it will be added to this list and ticket holders will be notified.
What if my performance is canceled?
We are unable to reschedule the performance. You can choose to donate the value of your tickets back to Playhouse Square or receive a credit or refund. Please destroy your physical tickets.
What if my performance is postponed?
We hope to be able to reschedule the performance. Please hold onto your physical tickets.
If you prefer not wait for a new date, you can contact us to donate the value of your tickets back to Playhouse Square or receive a credit or refund. If you choose one of these options, please destroy your tickets.
What if my performance is rescheduled?
Please hold onto your physical tickets. They will be valid for the new performance date.

What if I purchased my tickets from someone other than Playhouse Square?
Playhouse Square cannot issue credits or refunds for tickets purchased from a third party. You will need to contact the third party directly to receive a refund.

I want to help Playhouse Square.
With our theaters darkened for the time being and more than 450 performances canceled, the financial ramifications are serious. We recognize this is a challenging time for many. If you are able to make a donation, your support will help us prepare to bring performances back to our stages and to continue our not-for-profit mission into the future.
Please keep your tickets for the original performance. They will be honored for the rescheduled date. If you purchased parking, you will receive a new parking pass.
