Your seat is waiting when you are ready! We are eager to welcome you back for a safe and memorable experience at Playhouse Square. Our commitment to the health and safety of our guests, artists, staff and volunteers is our first priority always. We will continue to follow guidance from the CDC and State of Ohio as part of our commitment.
We understand the concerns you may have as you consider buying tickets to future events and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
As your performance date approaches, if you or a member of your group are not feeling well as or have concerns about attending a show, know that we have flexible options available for you.

When we all do our part, we can be healthy together at Playhouse Square.
Per CDC guidelines, those who are vaccinated are not required to wear masks at Playhouse Square.
Guests who are not vaccinated are advised to wear masks. Staff and volunteers who are not vaccinated are required to wear them.
All transactions inside the theaters will be cashless. All food and beverage purchases must be made with a valid debit or credit card, or with mobile wallet options such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Playhouse Square has the latest HVAC technology, including air handlers equipped with MERV 13 rated filters, which are known to trap COVID-19 particles. As an additional measure, GPS brand bi-polar ionization, which is known to reduce risk from COVID-19, has been installed in our HVAC system. The theaters will be prepared by running portable HEPA filter units for three hours prior to each performance.
For performances of THE CHOIR OF MAN June 11-July 11, theater capacity is limited. All seats will be grouped in “seating pods” separated by 6 feet or more.
For performances of THE CHOIR OF MAN July 13-25, theater capacity is limited but seats will no longer be sold in socially distanced pods.
Future engagements will be ticketed up to full capacity.
Please consider digital ticket delivery for an easy, touch-free experience. As a reminder, all guests must have a ticket.
We are following enhanced cleaning and strict disinfection protocols.
We have hand sanitizer available in the theaters and encourage guests to wash their hands frequently.
