Broadway Summer Camp for Teens

Playhouse Square’s annual Broadway Summer Camp for high school students - incoming freshman through outgoing seniors (typically ages 14-18) - is a week-long musical theater intensive focusing on the triple threat of musical theater – acting, singing and dancing. The camp is perfect for those who take acting, dance or singing lessons; participate in school or community theater productions; and/or plan to study musical theater in college or perform professionally.

This year’s camp will include master classes led by cast members from the touring production of HAMILTON. We are offering two (2), one-week camps. IMPORTANT: week two is not a continuation of week one. Students may register for only one of the two weeks to allow as many students as possible to participate.

Week One: July 23-27, 2018, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily
Week Two: July 30-August 3, 2018, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily

Registration includes light breakfast and full lunch each day, a professional headshot and one (1) ticket to see HAMILTON at Playhouse Square. Week one participants will attend the show on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. Week two participants will attend the show on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. Additional HAMILTON tickets are not available through the camp.
