Playhouse Square Foundation (“Playhouse Square,” “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy.
These Privacy Terms describe how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information gathered through our
websites, ticketing services, donation platforms, educational programs, and other interactions (collectively “Services”).
By visiting or utilizing any Services you acknowledge that the collection, use, and sharing of your information will take
place as described in these Privacy Terms. The Privacy Terms do not cover practices of companies we do not own or control.
What Is Personal Information?
We collect information you provide directly (such as contact information, ticket purchases, donations, and communications),
information collected automatically (such as IP address, device identifiers, cookies, and usage data), and information from
third parties (such as ticketing vendors, payment processors, and marketing partners).
Information We Obtain
Personal information includes, but is not limited to:

IP address, email address, or other similar identifiers

Other examples of personal information collected include interactions through social media channels, traffic patterns,
number of visits to certain pages, visits from other Internet sites or to third-party Internet sites linked to the websites,
use of particular services and interest in services, information or features of the websites or other parties made available
through or found at the websites.
Sensitive Personal Information
Certain categories of personal information identified under applicable state privacy laws are considered “sensitive personal
information,” including, without limitation, information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs,
health information, biometric data, precise geolocation data, or other information designated as sensitive under applicable law.
To the extent required by law, Playhouse Square will collect or process sensitive personal information only with your affirmative,
informed consent (opt‑in), or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us
using the information set forth in the How to Contact Us section below, and we will cease processing such sensitive personal
information, subject to applicable legal obligations.
How Do We Collect Personal Information?
The Services use cookies and web beacons when you visit our websites/apps or submit information through our submission forms,
contact us, send information directly to us, or upload information to our platforms. We may also receive personal data collected
by our affiliates, service providers, or other third-party providers.
A cookie is a text file placed on your computer’s hard drive that identifies your computer so the site can remember information you
provided or activities you carried out on our site. The cookies can only contain data you provided about yourself. Cookies cannot
examine your computer or read data from it. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. By clicking on the Help portion of
your browser's menu bar, you can learn how to reset your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent.
A web beacon, also known as an internet tag, pixel tag or clear GIF, links web pages to web servers and cookies and may be used to
transmit information collected through cookies back to the web server. The information we may obtain in this manner may include the
IP address of your device, identifiers associated with your device, web browser characteristics, browsing history, device characteristics,
language preferences, referring URLs, clickstream data, and dates and times of visits.
We may use these automated technologies to collect information about your equipment, browsing actions, and usage patterns. Your browser
may tell you how to be notified about certain types of automated collection technologies and how to restrict or disable them. Please note
that without these technologies, you may not be able to use all of the features of our websites. For mobile devices, you can manage how your
device and browser share certain device data by adjusting the privacy and security settings on your mobile device.
How We Use Personal Information
Marketing
Personal information may be used to assist with marketing programs designed to identify broad market groups for specific promotional opportunities.
By providing personal information you agree to be placed on marketing lists and may receive promotional notices from us or our affiliates.
Personal information may be used to provide anonymous statistical analysis of visitor traffic patterns, administer the websites and servers,
to allow for the auditing of our services by third parties and to improve our services.
Operational Use
We may use your personal information to make the Services more helpful and useful for our visitors. Examples include using your information
to complete transactions requested by you (such as your purchase of a product or service through the websites or mobile applications), to send
you administrative communications either about your account with us, or to share your personal information to allow our staff to respond more
promptly to your questions or requests when you call.
Third Parties
We disclose personal data to service providers who help us perform security and fraud prevention, analytics, and communication providers.

authorized to use precise geolocation information only as necessary to provide these services to us. We also may share your geolocation information
with third parties so that they may provide you with geographically relevant advertising. If you wish to stop the further collection of your geolocation
information, whether collected through location services, Bluetooth, or microphone access technology, please opt out using your device settings.
Exceptions
Special circumstances - We may monitor and, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required, disclose personal information to protect the
security, property, assets and/or rights of Playhouse Square from unauthorized use, or misuse, of our websites.
We reserve the right to disclose personal information of the users of the Services:
(1) for any law enforcement purpose at the request of any law enforcement body or in response to subpoena or as otherwise required by law, court or administrative agency;
(2) to enforce our Terms of Service or to protect the security, quality or integrity of our websites;
(3) to exercise or protect the rights, property or personal safety of Playhouse Square, our users or others.
Sale of assets - No part of these Privacy Terms are intended to interfere with the ability of Playhouse Square to transfer all or part of its businesses or assets,
including the Services to an affiliate or independent third party at any time, for any purpose, without any limitation whatsoever. We specifically reserve the right
to transfer personal information collected from our websites to the buyer of that portion of our business relating to that information. You may opt out of continued
use of your information by any buyer of the Services.
Interest-based advertising
We may obtain information about your online activities to provide you with advertising about products and services that may be tailored to your interests.
You may see our ads on other websites or apps because we use third-party ad services. The information ad services may collect includes data about your visits
to our websites. The data collection takes place on both the Playhouse Square sites and on third-party websites and apps that participate in these ad services.

You may opt out of interest-based advertising on mobile devices by activating the “Limit Ad Tracking” or equivalent feature offered by your mobile platform.
Data Minimization
Playhouse Square collects and processes personal information that is reasonably necessary and proportionate to provide the specific Services requested by you,
to fulfill disclosed purposes, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Where required by applicable law, including Maryland law, Playhouse Square limits the
collection and use of personal information to that which is strictly necessary for the provision of the relevant product, service, or functionality.
We do not collect, retain, or use personal information for purposes that are not reasonably necessary, disclosed, or compatible with the context in which the
information was provided.
Security
Playhouse Square maintains controls over the personal data we collect, retaining it in a secure, firewall-protected database with limited and/or controlled access rights.
Please remember the transmission of information via the Internet is never completely secure. A common Internet scam includes “spoofing” or “phishing.” This occurs when
you receive an email from what appears to be a legitimate source requesting personal data from you. Please be aware that we will not send you any emails requesting you
verify credit card or bank information. If you ever receive an email that appears to be from us requesting such information, do not respond to it, and do not click on any
links appearing in the email.
Links to Other Internet Sites
Our websites may contain links to other online services or otherwise enable you to connect with third-party websites, apps, features, plug-ins, tools, widgets and social
networking services. These third-party sites operate independently of Playhouse Square, they may not follow the same privacy practices as Playhouse Square, and we are not
responsible for these third parties’ information practices. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of the third-party providers prior to
submitting any personal information to them.
Children and Privacy
Playhouse Square does not knowingly collect personal information from children in connection with our Services without the consent of a parent or guardian.
If we become aware an individual under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information through our Services, we will immediately remove the individual’s
personally identifiable information from our files. If you are using our Services on behalf of a child under the age of 13 you must either be the child’s parent or guardian
or have the permission of that child’s parent or guardian, to supply the required information.
European Territory Visitors
In compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Playhouse Square provides specific additional rights for individuals who interact with
Playhouse Square such as the right to access, rectification, right to object, to complaint, erasure and blockage (see additional detail below). In some circumstances,
we may not be able to fully comply with your request, such as if it is frivolous or extremely impractical, if it jeopardizes the rights of others, or if it not required by law.
In some cases, we may also need you to provide us with additional information to verify your identity and nature of the request.
Playhouse Square’s Services are hosted and operated in the United States (U.S.) and if you do not reside in the U.S., laws in the U.S. may differ from the laws where you reside.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that any personal data about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party, is being provided to
Playhouse Square in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorized Playhouse Square to transfer, store and process your information to and in the U.S.
Where we process your data on your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. Any data we continue to hold on this basis will be deleted.
When seeking access, erasure, or rectification we may seek further information from you in relation to your request. We will endeavor to process any such requests as soon as possible.
You also have the following rights:

The right to the erasure of your data where your personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, where you revoke your consent to data processed solely
on this basis, where you object to processing in circumstances where we rely on our legitimate interest and no compelling legitimate grounds exist to continue processing activities,
your data has been unlawfully process, or reassure is required to fulfill a legal obligation.
- The right to have any data we hold rectified if it is incorrect.

The right to apply for a restriction of the processing of your data where you dispute the correctness of the data held by us, where processing is unlawful, data is no longer required
by the controller but is required by you for the exercise of defense of a legal claim, or you have raised an objection to processing where is not certain whether the legitimate grounds
relied upon by the controller override your objection.

The right to object to the processing of your data where it is being processed by us under our legitimate interest where you have particular grounds for such objection.

Right to File Complaint: You have the right to file a complaint about Playhouse Square’s practices with respect to your personal data with the supervisory authority of your country or

California Privacy Rights
California consumers have a right to knowledge, access, and deletion of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California consumers also have the right
to opt out of the sale of their personal information by a business and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising their California privacy rights. Playhouse Square does not
knowingly sell the personal information of California consumers and does not discriminate in response to privacy rights requests. We may disclose personal information to vendors that
facilitate advertising and marketing through cookies or other tracking technologies through our Services.
Playhouse Square provides notice of our privacy practices in these Privacy Terms. The Privacy Terms includes what personal information is collected, the source of the personal information,
and purposes of use, as well as whether Playhouse Square discloses that personal information and if so, the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed.
California consumers can exercise their rights directly or through an authorized agent by the means listed in the How to Contact Us section below. If we delete your personal information,
we will both render certain personal information about you permanently unrecoverable and also deidentify certain personal information.
Appeals of Privacy Requests
If we decline to take action on a request to exercise your privacy rights, including a request for deletion or correction of personal information, you may appeal our decision.
Appeals must be submitted within a reasonable time after receipt of our decision by contacting us using the information provided in the How to Contact Us section below and clearly
identifying your request as an “Appeal.”
We will review and respond to an appeal within the time period required by applicable law. If your appeal is denied, we will provide you with a written explanation of the reasons for the
denial and information regarding any further rights that may be available to you under applicable law, including the right to submit a complaint to your state attorney general or other
authorized regulator where applicable.
Permission for Use
We may collect and use personal information that you submit through the Services in any manner consistent with uses in these Privacy Terms or disclosed elsewhere on the Services at the
point you submit such personal information.
Privacy Terms Updates
We reserve the right to change these Privacy Terms from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under the Privacy Terms without your explicit consent. When you use the Services you
should check the date of these Privacy Terms and review any changes since the last version.
