A company matching gift is a great way to increase the impact of your support to Playhouse Square!
STEP 1: Does your company match donations?
To see if your company has a matching gift program, search our database.
STEP 2: Complete your company's required paperwork (hard copy or online).
You must complete the paperwork required by your company and submit it to Playhouse Square's Advancement Department. Many companies use online portals to manage employees' matching gifts. Either way, we will confirm your personal donation once you complete and submit what your company needs to make the matching donation.
STEP 3: Submit the information below to Playhouse Square.
In the meantime, please submit the information below so that we know your intent is to have your personal donation matched by your company.
Once we receive confirmation of your company's match, we will record the pledge, upgrade your donation and notify you by email. Sometimes it takes a few months to receive the matching gift donation depending on your company’s distribution schedule. Once we receive the donation, we will notify you again by email so you can be sure your matching gift pledge has been fulfilled.
