Playhouse Square Leading Ladies is a group for those who wish to connect with other women who love and support the arts. As a member of Leading Ladies, you will enjoy discovering how the magic happens at Playhouse Square. Each event is designed to create opportunities to connect, create and celebrate the performing arts!

Membership is open to all, and enrollment is open year-round. An annual membership is $250, which includes a $100 tax deductible donation to support Playhouse Square.

Past Events: 

February 18, 2026 - Winter Luncheon
Leading Ladies stepped back into the early 1900's to learn about the women's suffrage movement and the Tony-Award winning musical that brings the movement to the stage - SUFFS. Company members joined to shared their experience with portraying real women who's tireless efforts eventually won the women the right to vote. Members enjoyed a lunch in the Connor Palace Lobby.

2025 Fall Reception & Intro to Arts & Minds Programming
Members enjoy a networking reception, followed by a special presentation about Playhouse Square's new Arts & Minds program, designed to utilize the power of the arts to connect with those living with neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, dementia, and Alzheimer's, and their caregivers. Special guests were Joan Meggit, Senior Manager of Neurological Programs as PSQ and Kristin West, Co-Founder & President of Kemper Cognitive Wellness.

Summer Event
July 21, 2025 - Special Broadway Buzz with Joe Garry -
members and guests enjoyed a reception in the Tomsich Lobby of the Allen Theatre followed by a private Broadway Buzz and celebration of Joe Garry as he retired from live Buzz pre-show talks.

Spring Event
March 11, 2025 - Leading Ladies Luncheon - Enjoy mingling with members and a seated lunch in the Allen Theater Lobby and a presentation with a panel of company members from &Juliet.

Summer Event
August 26, 2024 - Broadway Behind the Scenes! - Special presentation by David Greene, Vice President of Progamming. David will share insider details behind the upcoming season's KeyBank Broadway performances and the backgroun on Playhouse Square's investment in the Tony-Award winning performance, The Outsiders

Spring Event
April 24, 2024 - Spring Reception and A behind-the-scenes with Velveteen, Playhouse Square's original production for the Children's Theater Series!
