Mobile ticket access provides you with the most flexibility in managing your Playhouse Square tickets. And no need to worry about leaving your tickets at home - they'll be right on your phone!

Below are instructions for how they are delivered and how you can add them to access them on your mobile device.

We strongly recommend:

Making sure your mobile device has plenty of battery life before arriving at the theater
If you are attending with guests, we recommend sharing their tickets with them in advance.

Am I supposed to download my mobile tickets?: That's the best thing about mobile tickets at Playhouse Square: you don't have to download anything! All you need is a mobile device connected to the internet and a web browser pointed to playhousesquare.org/mobiletickets.
Why haven't i received my tickets?: Please check the following:

Log into your account at playhousesquare.org/mytickets or check for your tickets. If you cannot find your tickets, then check for your ticket purchase confirmation in your email.

Make sure your account has the correct email address.

Check your junk or spam email folder.

Make sure that your spam filter and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails with attachments.

Be sure to add our email address, tickets@playhousesquare.org, to your list of trusted email addresses.

Refreshing your browser can also help.
Help! I don't see a QR code on my ticket.: No problem, that's to be expected! Your QR code will appear 72 hours before your scheduled performance.
Can I print my ticket from home?: No. All tickets are fully digital and only accessible on your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.
What if something happens to my phone, or I have issues accessing my mobile tickets?: We're here to help! Upon your arrival to the theater, you can come to the Playhouse Square Box Office, present a photo ID and we will assist you with your tickets.

For problems with your pre-purchased parking admission, please see a garage attendant.
