Mobile delivery provides you with the most flexibility in managing your tickets. And no need to worry about leaving your tickets at home - they'll be right on your phone!

Below are instructions for how they are delivered and how you can add them to your mobile device. 

We strongly recommend: 

  • Making sure your mobile device has plenty of battery life before arriving at the theater
  • If you are attending with guests, we recommend sharing their tickets with them in advance.

Why haven't i received my tickets?

Please check the following:

 

  • Log into your account at playhousesquare.org or check for your tickets. If you cannot find your tickets, then check for your ticket purchase confirmation in your email:
  • Make sure your account has the correct email address.
  • Check your junk or spam email folder.
  • Make sure that your spam filter and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails with attachments.
  • Be sure to add our email address, tickets@playhousesquare.org, to your list of trusted email addresses.

Can I print my ticket from home?

No. All tickets are fully digital and only accessible on your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.

What if something happens to my phone, or I have issues downloading my digital tickets?

We're here to help! Upon your arrival to the theater, you can come to the Playhouse Square Box Office, present a photo ID and we will assist you with your tickets.
