Invitations have gone out and the event is now SOLD OUT. There will not be a wait list but we will be broadcasting the announcement in its entirety--LIVE--across multiple social media channels.

Same show. Different day.
It happens to everyone. You make plans for a night out at the theater and something comes up. No problem! Only Season Ticket Holders have the benefit to exchange tickets. Exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours prior to your performance. If you choose to exchange for a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you'll only be charged the difference. No extra fees! Sorry, there are no refunds for missed performances.
New this year: Exchange your tickets online by logging in to your account. Or, call Season Ticket Services at 216-664-6050.
Note: Exchanges for Hamilton are not available at this time. Look for more information about exchanging your Hamilton tickets in the coming months.

Swap a Show (Deadline: 12/31/17)
Please note: The 2017-2018 season Swap-a-Show® deadline has passed and this benefit is no longer available.
With your flexible Swap-A-Show® benefit, you can trade in your tickets from one show in the series for additional tickets to another KeyBank Broadway Series show. This is a great option if you'd like to treat others. Or, use this one-time-use benefit to swap into a show that is not available in the series. Swap for the 2017-2018 season now through December 31, 2017.
Along with the Series shows (excluding Hamilton), this year's Swap-A-Show® choices include Wicked (November 8-December 3, 2017), Stomp (February 6-11, 2018), Riverdance (February 13-18, 2017), and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (June 5-17, 2017).

Q: What do I need when calling the Season Ticket Services Department?
A. Your customer number, the date/time of your current Series performance, the date/time of the show you’d like to swap or exchange into, seating charts and seat partner information (if applicable).
Q. Can I Swap out of any show this year?
A. You can swap out of all shows on the Series, except for The Humans.
Q. How long do I have to make my Swap choice?
A. Swap-A-Show® requests for the 2017-2018 Season must be submitted by December 31, 2017.

Alana Bencun debuted at Playhouse Square in Season Ticket Services as a part-time representative. With her passion for Playhouse Square’s mission and the care of each Season Ticket Holder’s requests, she has taken a step into a Coordinator role. She looks forward to creating new memories and great experiences for our season ticket holders each and every day.
Caitlyn came to Playhouse Square and Season Ticket Services in 2013 as a summer intern. As our subscriber base began to grow, Caitlyn was asked back by the department as a representative to assist season ticket holders with all their theater needs. Her dedication to the department and her love for helping our subscribers proved she would make a great asset to the staff as she became a full time coordinator in 2015.
An employee of PlayhouseSquare since 2005, Chris Swindell started out in our Inside Sales and Services Department, learning the ropes of selling new subscriptions on both an inbound and outbound basis. In 2010, Chris moved to the Season Ticket Services Department, where he now focuses on assisting current season ticket holders with all their theater needs, be they renewals, ticket exchanges, single ticket purchase or general questions about PlayhouseSquare.
John Logston joined Playhouse Square as a Part-Time Ticket Services Representative in our Ticket Office in 2013. After assisting with various projects, he joined the Season Ticket Services Department on a full-time basis in 2018, where he is excited about assisting our season ticket holders with their needs and helping them get the most out of their theater experience.
Katie W. began her time at Playhouse Square in October of 2014 as the Manager of our growing Season Ticket Services staff. She loves working with our season ticket holders and being a part of the Playhouse Square family. She is always looking for the best ways to provide the best service to the best customers - you our Season Ticket Holders here at Playhouse Square!
Laura Gusso joined the cast of Playhouse Square before she even moved back to Cleveland from New York City in January 2015. On the Inside Sales and Services team, Laura helped people become new season ticket holders prior to providing them service with the Season Ticket Services team in August 2016. She was thrilled to join the team full time in June 2017 and looks forward to continuing to bring our season ticket holders the highest level service offered for Playhouse Square’s KeyBank Broadway Series.
Mary DeNunzio joined the Playhouse Square cast in August 2014 as a part time Ticket Office Representative and also helped out in the Season Ticket Services Department. She enjoyed working with our Season Ticket Holders so much that she moved in the department on a part time basis in 2015 and became a full time coordinator in April 2016. Mary loves helping our Season Ticket Holders and is looking forward to speaking with them throughout the season.
