Chris Meyers has been with Playhouse Square since 2002 and has served as Group Sales Manager for the past 18 years. His specialty is creating new programs for first time audiences but will make sure you have an unforgettable experience no matter what your group needs. Bringing with him a wealth of experience from previously working in ticket sales for the Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Cavaliers, Chris and his team will make sure your group is well taken care of, providing the level of service you've come to expect from Playhouse Square.

Andy Selesnik joined Playhouse Square as a Group Sales Account Executive in 2017. After 10 years of being a group leader and personally organizing outings at Playhouse Square for his friends and family he decided to join the team and help create group experiences for others. 

Andy is a fan of all things CLE, spending most of his career as the Marketing Director at SouthPark Mall. He and his wife Darlene live in Lyndhurst where they enjoy entertaining and relaxing with their rescue pets. He looks forward to helping his clients create fulfilling and memorable theater experiences!

Beth Beck joined Playhouse Square as a Group Sales Account Executive in 2016. She learned the ticketing world in the box office at Kent State University and then moved to NYC to become a Group Sales Representative for the New Victory Theater. Her focus here at Playhouse Square is educational groups and works hand-in-hand with educators of all kinds to bring as many students into the world of the arts as possible. She looks forward to offering you excellent service and taking you through the group process step-by-step, making you comfortable the entire way!

Jim Kraizel has been a member of the Playhouse Square family for over 30 years, having started part-time in Group Sales in June, 1995. In 1997, Jim became a full-time staff member and has been a part of the team every since. He focuses mainly on senior and tour and travel groups and is thrilled to have developed some close relationships with his clients and considers many his friends.

Maxwell Harbert first joined the Group Sales team in January 2024 as a part-time Group Sales Associate, wowing his fellow cast members with his drive and creativity, leading to a full-time Group Sales Account Executive promotion in July 2024. Maxwell's focus is on education groups and non-Broadway performances, such as concerts, comedy and dance shows.

In his free time, Maxwell enjoys hanging out with his friends, playing intramural sports, and working on his blossoming DJ career. You can find him around town as "DJ Maximus."

Lauren Traci joined Playhouse Square in July 2025 as the Sales & Marketing Coordinator for the Children’s Theater Series and Youth Market. She supports group sales and youth‑focused initiatives, helping create smooth and engaging theater experiences for students, families, and community groups. With a background in education, youth programming, and client relationship management, Lauren brings a thoughtful, people‑centered approach to her work. She holds a degree in History and Women’s Studies from Ohio University.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys exploring local history, taking yoga and dance classes, and spending time with her husband and kids. She looks forward to helping groups create memorable theater experiences.
