What are my Swap-A-Show® options this year?
For the 2025-26 season, there are no remaining Swap-A-Show® options. You can trade in your tickets from one of your remaining KeyBank Broadway Series shows for additional tickets to another KeyBank Broadway Series show. Please note that Disney's The Lion King is not eligible for the Swap-A-Show®.

How can I reset the password to my online account?
If you are unsure of your log in information (email address and password), click here and enter the email address associated with your Playhouse Square season ticket account.
Remember, you may have a home and work email, so look back to an old email you have received from us and see which address it was sent to.
After that, check your inbox for an email from ticketoffice@playhousesquare.org with your temporary password.
From there, you can log in with your temporary password and create a new permanent password. Make sure to write your new password down where you can find it later.
How do I exchange my season tickets online?
What is the difference between the Swap-A-Show® and Exchange benefits?
Great question! The exchange benefit allows you to exchange your tickets from one performance date to another during the run of a show. This benefit is unlimited and free for season ticket holders ($25 per exchange savings), but exchange requests must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
Swap-A-Show® is a one time-only benefit in the event you have already seen a show or do not wish to attend a particular performance. You can trade in your tickets from one show on the series for additional tickets to another KeyBank Broadway Series show, or one of our Encore Collection performances. Please note that your Swap-A-Show® benefit must be completed for the opening date of the show you are swapping out of:
In both cases, if you choose to move into a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference. A reminder that all ticket sales are final. Refunds or retroactive discounts are not possible.
