I have a seat partner/friend/etc. that did not receive the email but sits with me, what do they do?
Appointments are based on tenure. Please make your appointment and note that there will be another account to review during that timeframe. Please plan on all parties participating in the appointment and we will do our best to accommodate all at once. During your scheduled appointment, we will need to personally speak with your seat partner to verify the move.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel your appointment within the your email confirmation of your scheduled time.
What if I miss my appointment?
Don’t worry if you miss your appointment! You can call your Season Ticket Services team at 216-664-6050, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday any time after your scheduled appointment to take a look at seating.
I want to relocate my seats, when and how can I do that?
You must renew your season tickets in order to be eligible for a seat relocation. During the renewal process, there is a place to indicate your interest in relocating. The relocation process will begin after the renewal period ends in late spring. The relocation process is conducted via appointment and is scheduled based on tenure.
When will I be able to renew my seats?
The season ticket renewal period for the 2022-2023 KeyBank Broadway Series will begin Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. and last through Friday, May 13, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
Does the season ticket payment plan have a fee?
No! The payment plan is a free benefit to all season ticket holders.
Did the KeyBank Broadway Series increase in price this year?
Actually, the difference you will notice is because the series has returned to its traditional seven show lineup. During the pandemic, the series was reduced to five shows.
What are my Swap-A-Show® options for the 2022-2023 KeyBank Broadway Series?
Currently your Swap-A-Show® options include swapping within your KeyBank Broadway Series season ticket package, meaning that you may decide to forgo your tickets to one show on series for extra tickets to another on series. You may also swap into one of our Huntington Bank Featured Performances, which will be RIVERDANCE, ALADDIN, DEAR EVAN HANSEN or COME FROM AWAY. If you choose to move into a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference.
What is the difference between the Swap-A-Show® and Exchange benefits?
Great question! The exchange benefit allows you to exchange tickets from one performance date to another during the run of a show. This benefit is unlimited and free for season ticket holders ($25 per exchange savings).
The Swap-A-Show® is a one time-only benefit in the event you have already seen a show or do not wish to attend a particular performance.
In both cases, if you choose to move into a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference.
When can I swap a show or exchange my tickets?
You can use both of these benefits when your season tickets arrive in late summer.
