We are taking family-friendly theater virtual this spring with three days of inspirational music, mesmerizing magic, and heartwarming storytelling you and your family can enjoy from the comfort of your own home!
Purchase a Family Theater Days! pass for just $10 and receive streaming access to ALL THREE shows:
Justin Roberts and the Not Ready for Naptime Players
Four-time Grammy Nominee Justin Roberts is truly one of the “all-stars” of the indie family music scene. For nearly 20 years, Roberts has been creating the soundtrack to families’ lives, helping kids navigate the joys and sorrows of growing up while allowing parents to remember their own childhoods. Along with his band, The Not Ready for Naptime Players, Justin has travelled the globe, from Hong Kong to New York, and Miami to Seattle.
The Snail and the Whale
Join an adventurous young girl and her seafaring father as they reimagine the story of a tiny snail’s incredible trip around the world, inspired by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s much-loved picture book. Longing to see the world, a tiny sea snail hitches a lift on the tail of a great big, grey-blue humpback whale. Together they go on an amazing journey, brought vividly to life through live music, storytelling and lots of laughs - but when the whale gets beached, how will the snail save him? A heart-warming adventure for everyone aged four and up, from Tall Stories, the Olivier Award-nominated company that brought you ‘The Gruffalo’ and ‘Room on the Broom.'
Bill Blagg's Behind the Magic
During this family-friendly 35-minute virtual experience, join illusionist Bill Blagg for a journey inside his secret magic warehouse for a rare, exclusive look behind the man and the magic. Behind the Magic is filled with incredible magic, illusions, and stories, plus some of the magic will even happen live in your hands!
Family Theater Days! is made possible by University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, Kathy and Jim Pender and The Michael Pender Fund of the Cleveland Foundation, Medical Mutual, Pat Catan’s, PNC, and the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation.
