Ticket Donation Requests

Thank you for your interest in requesting a ticket donation from Playhouse Square, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Due to the high volume of requests we receive each year, we are only able to respond to organizations whose requests are approved.

 

Donation Request Guidelines

Before submitting your request, please review the following eligibility criteria and policies:

  1. Non-Profit Status: The requesting organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) or other recognized non-profit.
  2. Authorized Requestor: Requests must be submitted by an employee of the organization on official letterhead. We require a single point of contact who is directly affiliated with the organization.
    1. Requests submitted on behalf of an organization or by third-party fundraisers will not be accepted.
  3. Event Details: Include the date, time, and location of your event, along with a brief description of your organization and the community it serves.
  4. Submission Timeline: Requests must be received at least eight weeks prior to the event date or the commitment deadline, whichever comes first.
  5. Annual Limit: Eligible organizations may receive up to four tickets per calendar year to support their mission.
