Administrative Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department.
  2. Represent Playhouse Square in a professional manner at all times. Work with the Volunteer Manager, Guest Service Manager and Front of House Director to ensure the Guest Experience is managed efficiently and effectively according to established policy.
  3. Provide office/clerical support for Volunteers and Front of House as needed.
    1. Manage office supplies and equipment.
    2. Handle phone calls, emails, volunteer applications, and other forms of communication.
    3. Assist with scheduling volunteer assignments, orientation, and training dates.
    4. Maintain databases, files, and other records.
    5. Create reports, presentations, and other documents.
    6. Provide administrative support to various departments and teams.
    7. Assist with the planning and execution of recognition events.
  4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  2. Outgoing, people oriented person, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Knowledge of current PC hardware and software.
  5. Weekend availability as needed.
