RESPONSIBILITIES
- Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of assigned programs and events, with a primary focus on the Dazzle Awards program, based on the direction of the Education Programs Manager.
- Assist in the planning and execution of other Outreach Programs, based on the direction of the Senior Manager, Education Programs.
- Maintain the Teen Database and department archives for assigned programs and events.
- Serve as a liaison between department and project stakeholders for assigned programs and events.
- Provide assistance and support in the execution of department programs and events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum one-to-three years’ administrative experience required.
- Prior event planning experience required.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Schedule flexibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Dropbox and related PC software.
