Playhouse Square is seeking outgoing, people-oriented individuals with strong computer skills to fill the role of Ticket Operations Representative.
- Must be available for at least three shifts Monday-Friday, 4 hour minimum/shift
- Monday-Friday hours between 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., occasional weekend hours as needed.
Salary: $13/hour with an eligibility for an increase after completing a successful 90 days.
Reponsibilities
- Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department.
- Process special ticket orders for internal requests.
- Assist with uploading, tracking, and reporting monthly bill plans.
- Process orders in ticketing system for season ticket conversions, seating, bill plans, and exchanges.
- Assist department with a variety of tasks including filing, ticket mailing, ticket printing, collating reports, etc.
- Provide support to Sales, Service and Box Office departments as needed.
- Assist with mobile ticketing questions both in person and over the phone.
- Support the Ticket Operations Coordinator in researching fraudulent and 3rd party ticket orders
- Assist with other departmental duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, people oriented person, with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Prior phone and customer service experience.
- Knowledge of current PC hardware and software.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and schedule flexibility.
