Ticket Sales and Service Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department.
  2. Manage the sourcing, ordering, and budget of the Key Moment surprise and delight program.

  3. Assist the Senior Special Project Manager, Sales with the development and maintenance of departmental materials for the Ticket Sales and Service (TS&S) Department, including training/onboarding materials, signage and special promotions.

  4. Assist with coordination of special events for the TS&S Department throughout the year. This includes, retention initiatives, hiring events, offsite visits and TS&S Broadway Lunches/Dinners.

  5. Complete departmental administrative tasks, including special material orders, copying and collating materials, and monitoring condition of Suite #350 office equipment.

  6. Keep the Suite #350 meeting rooms, storage areas and kitchen organized, neat, and clean at all times.

  7. Make deliveries and pick-ups in the downtown area as necessary.

  8. Meet regularly with TS&S departmental leadership to ensure proper assistance is provided with achieving goals and projects.

  9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Prior special event and promotional experience are preferred, with the ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted.
  2. Competency in current PC hardware (Microsoft Suite).
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  5. Outgoing, people-oriented person with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  6. Flexible schedule to work night and weekend hours as needed.
