Why Streaming Events?: While there is nothing quite like the live theater experience, we are thrilled to be able to offer this new way for to enjoy live theater from the comfort and safety of your own home until we can gather at Playhouse Square together again.
Accessing the show: Accessing your show will vary based on the artist and performance. When you purchase tickets to a streamed event, you will receive an email with access information and any applicable passwords 24 hours before your show begins.

Preparation is key: we recommend logging on as early as possible to ensure you have access the minute before the "curtain" goes up.
Live Shows vs. On Demand Shows: You will see two types of streaming shows at Playhouse Square; "Livestreamed Events" and "On Demand Events."

A Livestreamed Event is just like it sounds: an event that happens in real time. You buy your tickets and stream the show online at a set date and time.

An On Demand Event allows you to purchase tickets to the show, and watch it within a set window of time--typically between a few days to a few weeks.
Devices & Technology: How you watch the show you've purchased is up to you. While you can watch on a mobile phone, we recommend streaming your performance on your home TV for the best experience. Read our tips and tricks for streaming events on your TV.
How do I access Children's Theater Series shows?: This year's Children's Theater Series (CTS) performances, presented by University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital, are being streamed exclusively for our CTS Season Ticket Holders.
