Whether your group consists of friends or family, organization members, students, co-workers, seniors or scouts, the Playhouse Square Group Services Department can help you customize your visit to make the most of your entertainment experience. The majority of shows offer special discounted rates and reduced handling fees that will save your group money.
Groups are able to reserve and purchase tickets to most performances before the general public! The earlier the group is booked, the better the available seats.

How many people do I need to make a group?
Group minimums vary by show, but are generally between 10 and 15 people. The group minimum for all shows in the KeyBank Broadway Series and Huntington Featured Performances is 15 people.
How do I order group tickets?
Please call Group Services at 216-640-8600 or fill out the Contact Us form to start your planning your group experience.
We will work with you to reserve seats for your desired performance. These seats will be secured for your group until a predetermined due date when we require final count and payment, typically one month before the start of the show's performance run.
Can we order and pay for our tickets separately?
We ask that a Group Leader is designated to coordinate the group and make one final payment. Thanks to our partner program, separate payments for tickets can be accepted if the group is part of the Groupmatics online program.
Do we have to buy tickets in the same price level?
No. One of the benefits of group tickets is that you may sit in different price levels/seating locations and receive the discounted group pricing.
What forms of payment are accepted by Playhouse Square?
We accept all major credit cards and business checks. Sorry, no personal checks will be accepted.
What if I need to cancel my group?
Tickets cannot be canceled or returned once they are purchased. Refunds and date exchanges are not possible after your purchase is final. However, prior to final payment, you are able to adjust your group count.
How and when will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be mailed up to 10 days before your performance date; any tickets purchased after will automatically be placed at Will Call for pickup. Full payment is required before tickets can be printed and mailed.
Can you accommodate guests with special needs?
We are able to accommodate guests with limited mobility, hearing and visual impairments, or those who require wheelchair assistance. Let your Group Services Account Executive know of any special considerations when placing your order. Please note there are no elevators in any of our historic theaters.
What is Groupmatics?
Groupmatics is an online ticket platform for group events. Your Group Services Account Executive will create a personalized event page that includes your seating reservation and any important details about your outing. Through a promotional link, group members can go online to select and purchase their seat, saving you from having to collect and keep track of individual payments.
