Q: What do I need when calling the Season Ticket Services Department?
A. Your customer number, the date/time of your current Series performance, the date/time of the show you’d like to swap or exchange into, seating charts and seat partner information (if applicable).
Q: I’ve placed a request to change my seat location for the upcoming 2020-2021 KeyBank Broadway Series, when can I expect to be contacted?
A: We have extended the season ticket renewal deadline to Friday, June 26, 2020. Once this date has passed, we will begin the process of contacting you for seat location changes.
Q. What precautions is Playhouse Square taking to keep audiences safe when the theaters reopen?
A. Your health and safety are always our first priority and we are exploring a variety of options. We eagerly await clear guidance on mass gatherings and then we will be able to solidify and share our plans. Know that we will follow the regulations and recommendations issued by the CDC and the State of Ohio. We want you to feel confident returning to Playhouse Square.

A. Seating charts can be found on our website at playhousesquare.org/events-tickets/seating-charts

Lowest Price Lockdown
Season Tickets are the best deal in town for Broadway, as Season Ticket Holders enjoy a savings of up to 55% off the cost of single ticket prices. With ticket prices subject to change throughout the season, you have secured your seats for the whole year at the best possible price.
Same show. Different day.
It happens to everyone. You make plans for a night out at the theater and something comes up. No problem! Only Season Ticket Holders have the benefit to exchange tickets. Exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours prior to your performance. If you choose to exchange for a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you'll only be charged the difference. No extra fees! Sorry, there are no refunds for missed performances and differences in prices, seat locations, and deadlines may apply.

With your flexible Swap-a- Show® benefit, you can trade in your tickets from one show on the series for additional tickets to another KeyBank Broadway Series show. Or, use this one-time benefit to swap into a show that is not available on the series.
*If you choose to move into a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference.

Caitlyn came to Playhouse Square in the summer of 2013 as a part-time representative. She thrives on applying her knowledge in efforts to provide a positive experience during each patron interaction; every call-every time. Her attention to detail, dedication to the department and her love for assisting our Season Ticket Holders proved she would make a great asset to the team as Assistant Manager in 2018. She looks forward to speaking with our patrons throughout the season and creating lasting memories.
An employee of PlayhouseSquare since 2005, Chris Swindell started out in our Inside Sales and Services Department, learning the ropes of selling new subscriptions on both an inbound and outbound basis. In 2010, Chris moved to the Season Ticket Services Department, where he now focuses on assisting current season ticket holders with all their theater needs, be they renewals, ticket exchanges, single ticket purchase or general questions about PlayhouseSquare.
John Logston joined Playhouse Square as a part-time Ticket Services Representative in our Ticket Office in 2013. After assisting with various projects, he joined the Season Ticket Services Department on a full-time basis in 2018, where he is excited about assisting our season ticket holders with their needs and helping them get the most out of their theater experience.
Katie W. began her time at Playhouse Square in October of 2014 as the Manager of our growing Season Ticket Services staff. She loves working with our season ticket holders and being a part of the Playhouse Square family. She is always looking for the best ways to provide the best service to the best customers - you our Season Ticket Holders here at Playhouse Square!
Autumn V. joined Playhouse Square in March 2018 with the Ticket Office. She has since spent one year within Season Ticket Services as a part-time Representative and is ecstatic to now celebrate her new role as a Coordinator! She looks forward to sharing her infectious smile with our team and our guests while helping to create lifelong memories of Playhouse Square.
Mary DeNunzio joined the Playhouse Square cast in August 2014 as a part time Ticket Office Representative and also helped out in the Season Ticket Services Department. She enjoyed working with our Season Ticket Holders so much that she moved in the department on a part time basis in 2015 and became a full time coordinator in April 2016. Mary loves helping our Season Ticket Holders and is looking forward to speaking with them throughout the season.
