Staging Success Career Fair

The Staging Success Career Fair will return at a later date.

This event gathers established leaders in our industry to provide an event for entry-level candidates to network for opportunities including technical and administrative to stage management, film, and television.The 2019 event had more than 30 organizations and 200 participants with numerous individuals receiving job and internship offers from the connections made at this event.

Participation is free, but an application is required. More details about how to apply to participate will be shared at a later date.

Beck Center for the Arts

Beck Center for the Arts is a non-profit, performing arts and arts education organization dedicated to inspiring and enriching the quality of life for Northeastern Ohioans. Cain Park/The City of Cleveland Heights

Cain Park is a summer performing art park owned and operated by the City of Cleveland Heights, and includes:

Cedar Point Amusement Park

How do I participate?

Applications are required for participation. Deadline to submit was February 10, 2020. Application acceptance is now closed.


When will the application period open & close?

Applications closed February 10, 2020.

Why is there a pre-screening process for applicants?

To ensure applicants meet the qualifications for the internships & career opportunities available, all applications will be reviewed. Space is also limited for this event. All applicants will be notified via email if accepted to participate or not.

Where will the career fair take place?

The Staging Success Career Fair will take place at Playhouse Square. Specific location will be shared with accepted applicants. 

When will I find out if I am accepted to participate?

All applicants will be notified via email if they have or have not been accepted to participate by the end of February, 2020.

What time of day will the career fair take place?

There will be two sessions on March 18, 2020 - morning (9:00 am - 12:30 pm) and afternoon (1:30 pm - 5 pm). Selected applicants should plan to be present for their entire assigned time period.

What is the format of the career fair?

The format of the event is TBD.


Will there be jobs/internships openings from each organization at this event?

No. Companies participating will be highlighting jobs/internships that their organization normally hires for and is meant to be an informative opportunity to expose you to the possibilities that might be available at some point with different organizations.

It is not guaranteed that an organization at this event will be hiring for an opening during this event. However, if someone is hiring during the time of the event, they will highlight it at their table.
