Season Ticket Holders aren't transactions, they're relationships, and that difference is felt from the moment you commit. From helping you to redeem your benefits to answering any questions you have along the way, we invite you to call, email or visit us online for help. 

Meet Caitlyn

Caitlyn Kropp came to Playhouse Square in the summer of 2013 as a part-time representative. She thrives on applying her knowledge in efforts to provide a positive experience during each patron interaction; every call-every time. Her attention to detail, dedication to the department and her love for assisting our Season Ticket Holders proved she would make a great asset to the team as Manager in 2021. She looks forward to speaking with our patrons throughout the season and creating lasting memories.

Meet Chris

Chris Swindell started his Playhouse Square career in 2005 on the Inside Sales and Service team, learning the ropes of selling new subscriptions on both an inbound and outbound basis. In 2010, Chris moved to Season Ticket Services, where he now focuses on assisting current season ticket holders with all their theater needs, be they renewals, ticket exchanges, single ticket purchases or general questions about Playhouse Square.

Meet Ashley

Ashley Cooper joined the Season Ticket Services Team in August 2025, and she has a long history with Playhouse Square; she took to the stage in The Nutcracker when she was 7 years old! She's incredibly excited to be a part of your Playhouse Square journey and can’t wait to get to know you better.

Favorite “Hot Spot” in the District: Bin216 for the show-themed cocktails and flatbreads.

Favorite Broadway Show: While it occasionally changes, Hamilton and Moulin Rouge! are high on the list.

Meet Joey

Joey Gabriel began working for Season Tickets Services in August 2024 as a part-time Season Ticket Services representative, and is now excited to be a Season Ticket Services Coordinator! He looks forward to engaging with our guests more, hearing their stories, and enhancing their theatergoing experience.

 

Favorite Playhouse Square Memory: Seeing my first show at Playhouse Square when I was 5. It was Mamma Mia!

Favorite Broadway Soundtrack: Beetlejuice. I could listen to that soundtrack on repeat.

Meet Kara

Kara has been with Playhouse Square since 2015 where she started as a box office representative before moving to Inside Sales in 2016 and then joining the Season Ticket Services Team in 2021. Her favorite thing about Playhouse Square is the wonderful team she gets to work with and talking about Broadway with patrons. 

Favorite Playhouse Square Memory: My husband proposed during intermission at CHICAGO in 2014 and opening night of THE CHOIR OF MAN watching the performance under the chandelier.

Meet Tad

Tad Bogielski joined the Season Ticket Services team in August 2024, but has been a part of Playhouse Square for many years as a Season Ticket Holder himself. He is thrilled to be a Season Ticket Services Coordinator and is looking forward to connecting with other season ticket holders and helping them create lasting memories.

Allison Mendoza has been working for Season Tickets Services since February 2025 as a part-time Season Ticket Services Representative.

Matthew Andrus has been working for Season Tickets Services since August 2024 as a part-time Season Ticket Services Representative.

 

Favorite “Hot Spot” in the District: It has to be District with their drink menu that is named after various musical numbers, it is always a must for me when I see a show.

Miranda Rowe has been working for Season Tickets Services since February 2025 as a part-time Season Ticket Services Representative.

Favorite Playhouse Square memory: Seeing The Phantom of the Opera for the first time in 2019. It was incredible!

Meet Olivia

Olivia Mallendick has been working for Season Tickets Services since March of 2022 as a part-time Season Ticket Services Representative. She enjoys communicating with guests and helping them enjoy the events Playhouse Square has to offer.

Meet Zachary

Zachary Reed began in Season Tickets Services in February 2025 as a part-time Season Ticket Services Representative, but began his Playhouse Square journey in January 2024 as a member of our Inside Sales team.

Favorite Playhouse Square memory: Performing on the Mimi Ohio stage in Tri-C's 2019 production of Death of A Salesman.
