Meet Caitlyn

Caitlyn Kropp came to Playhouse Square in the summer of 2013 as a part-time representative. She thrives on applying her knowledge in efforts to provide a positive experience during each patron interaction; every call-every time. Her attention to detail, dedication to the department and her love for assisting our Season Ticket Holders proved she would make a great asset to the team as Manager in 2021. She looks forward to speaking with our patrons throughout the season and creating lasting memories.

Meet Chris

Chris Swindell started his Playhouse Square career in 2005 on the Inside Sales and Service team, learning the ropes of selling new subscriptions on both an inbound and outbound basis. In 2010, Chris moved to Season Ticket Services, where he now focuses on assisting current season ticket holders with all their theater needs, be they renewals, ticket exchanges, single ticket purchases or general questions about Playhouse Square.

Meet Dani

Dani first joined the Season Ticket Services Department in November 2022 as a part-time staff member and was promoted to Season Ticket Services Coordinator in December 2023, but her history with Playhouse Square goes back even further! She's been attending shows since she was little - one of her favorite childhood memories was seeing Wicked in 2009 with her dad and brother. Dani also served as a STAR Volunteer from 2013-2017. As a lover of all things theater and Cleveland, Dani can't wait to combine these two passions and share all that Playhouse Square has to offer with season ticket holders!

Meet Gregory

Gregory Markgraf-Grimes has been involved in the arts for many years and got their start at Playhouse Square as an usher in the STARS program during the 2009-2010 Broadway Season. They just recently joined the Season Ticket Services team in March 2023 as a full-time Season Ticket Services Coordinator. Gregory is looking forward to helping others cultivate memorable and life changing experiences at Playhouse Square.

Meet Kara

Kara has been with Playhouse Square since 2015 where she started as a box office representative before moving to Inside Sales in 2016 and then joining the Season Ticket Services Team in 2021. Her favorite thing about Playhouse Square is the wonderful team she gets to work with and talking about Broadway with patrons. She is most looking forward to the 2022-2023 season and all of the fun to come!

Favorite Playhouse Square Memory: My husband proposed during intermission at CHICAGO in 2014 and opening night of THE CHOIR OF MAN watching the performance under the chandelier.

Meet Maurita

Creative arts have always been an important part of Maurita Riddle’s life. For as long as she can remember, Maurita has been involved in the arts by performing, creating, and working in productions. Maurita is excited to bring her passion to Playhouse Square as a full-time Season Ticket Services Coordinator. A longtime season ticket holder herself, Maurita is looking forward to making connections with other season ticket holders and working to create positive experiences and lasting memories.

Favorite Playhouse Square memory: Experiencing the opening song of The Lion King last fall after not seeing live theater in almost 2 years!

Meet Kary

Kary Kandra is pleased to have joined the Season Ticket Services team in September 2021 as a part-time Season Ticket Services Representative. An avid fan of Broadway, she enjoys chatting with Season Ticket Holders and doing whatever she can for them to enjoy their time at Playhouse Square.

Meet Nicki

Prior to the pandemic, Nicki Erdman worked for Cleveland Play House and was super excited to come back this year with Season Ticket Services! A student at Cleveland State studying Chemical Engineering, Nicki is thrilled to be around all things theater and arts.

Meet Olivia

Olivia Mallendick has been working for Season Tickets Services since March of 2022 as a part-time Season Ticket Services Representative. She enjoys communicating with guests and helping them enjoy the events Playhouse Square has to offer.
