  • Swap-a- Show®

    ​​​​​    This one-time benefit can be used to swap from one show on the series for additional tickets to another KeyBank Broadway Series show, or a show that is not available on the series. If you choose to move into a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference.
     
  • Date Exchanges

    Only Season Ticket Holders have the benefit to exchange tickets up to 48 hours before their performance. If you choose to exchange for a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you'll only be charged the difference. No extra fees! Sorry, there are no refunds for missed performances and differences in prices, seat locations, and deadlines may apply.

    Season Ticket Holders are able to split their KeyBank Broadway Series payments into monthly installments.
  • Lowest Price Lockdown

    By purchasing all of the shows in the series at one time; season tickets can save you up to 55% off the cost of single ticket prices! With ticket prices subject to change throughout the season, you have secured your seats for the whole year at the best possible price.

    Season Ticket Holders can buy single tickets to select shows before the general public. You will receive periodic emails with links to your pre-sales throughout the year. As a NEW added benefit, any purchases made during the pre-sale will not include fees, which is an additional savings of 13%.
