Swap-a- Show®

A one-time benefit each season, trade one of your KeyBank Broadway Series shows for more tickets to another series show or select a performance from our Encore Collection.

Please note that your Swap-A-Show® benefit must be completed before opening date of the show you are swapping out of.

Please also note that Disney's The Lion King is not eligible for the Swap-A-Show® for the 2025-26 KeyBank Broadway Series.

What are my Swap-a-Show® options for the 2026-27 KeyBank Broadway Series?

You can Swap any of your 7 KeyBank Broadway Series shows for one of the following productions:

  • The Who's Tommy (October 6-11, 2026)
  • Hadestown (November 3-8, 2026)
  • Clue (November 17-22, 2026)
  • Wicked (December 9, 2026-January 3, 2027)
  • Oh, Mary! (March 30-April 4, 2027)
  • Jersey Boys (July 13-18, 2027)

Please note that your Season Ticket Holder benefits, including Swap-A-Show®, will become available in late summer, after Seat Relocations have been completed.

Free Date Exchanges

Only Season Ticket Holders have the benefit to exchange tickets up to 48 hours before their performance with no extra fees, saving $25 per exchange! Please note there are no refunds or retroactive Exchanges for missed performances. 

Please also note that your Season Ticket Holder benefits, including Date Exchanges, will become available in late summer, after Seat Relocations have been completed.

Payment Plans

Season Ticket Holders are able to split their KeyBank Broadway Series payments into monthly installments, a great way to fit Broadway into your budget without missing a note.

Season Ticket Holders stay warm and dry with access to discounted parking in our on-site Chester Garage with a covered walkway.
