New for this season, you can quickly check your show dates once you renew your season tickets. Select your Day of the Week and Show Week for a full list of your performances.
What are my Swap-A-Show® options this year?
You can swap within your KeyBank Broadway Series season ticket page, or you can swap into Les Misérables, Mean Girls, ‘Twas The Night Before... by Cirque Du Soleil or Peter Pan. If you choose to move into a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference. New for the 2024-25 season, all KeyBank Broadway Series shows are swap-eligible.
I want to relocate my seats, when and how can I do that?
You must renew your season tickets to be eligible for a seat relocation. During the renewal process, there is a place to indicate your interest in relocating. The relocation process will begin after the renewal period ends in late spring. The relocation process is conducted via appointment and is scheduled based on tenure.
I heard HAMILTON will be coming in July 2025, will that be a Swap-A-Show® option?
Sorry, HAMILTON is not a Swap-A-Show® option. As a 2024-25 KeyBank Broadway Series Season Ticket Holder, you will have an exclusive pre-sale this summer.
When will I be able to use my Swap-A-Show® and Exchange Benefits?
These season ticket holder benefits will become available in late summer, after seating relocations have been completed.
Where can I find my performance dates?
New for this year, you can visit the “Show My Dates” page for a list of all your performances. Select your day of the week and show the week from the drop-down menu, and you will be provided with calendar dates.
