Event Description

The most talented high school performers in Northeast Ohio take center stage at Playhouse Square for the Dazzle Awards presented by Pat and John Chapman! This awards ceremony and showcase is the culmination of the annual Dazzle Awards program. Recognizing outstanding musical theater productions and student performances, awards are presented to students in 15 categories, including Best Musical, Best Actor/Actress, Best Student Orchestra and Best Student Technical Execution. The Best Actor and Best Actress winners will go on to represent Playhouse Square and Northeast Ohio at the National High School Musical Theatre Awards, also known as “The Jimmy Awards®,” presented by The Broadway League. Join us in honoring excellence in high school musical theater, and recognizing the importance of musical theater and arts education in Northeast Ohio.
