The beloved holiday tradition, The Nutcracker, returns to Playhouse Square’s Connor Palace. Cleveland Ballet promises to enchant and inspire all audiences of all ages with this magical production.

This two-act ballet is based on the original story by E.T.A. Hoffmann, set to the iconic score by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The story unfolds as Clara receives a magical nutcracker doll, sparking a whimsical journey through the Land of Sweets. From a battle with the Mouse King to the dazzling Sugar Plum Fairy, magic awaits at every turn. Clara awakes and wonders…was it all real, or just a dream?
