What is your favorite memory about Playhouse Square?
Center Stage Benefit in 2018 for the opening of Hamilton. It was a spectacular evening supporting arts education that ended with a BANG! or fireworks.
Favorite Broadway Show
Jason may be new to working at Playhouse Square but is no stranger to our theaters, attending his first show in 1996 – Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Jason has lived in New York City for 12 years and performed in two national tours. Jason’s knowledge of Broadway and extensive theater experience (on and off stage) has made him the perfect person to assist our Investor and Supporting Friend levels.
Getting to perform on the Connor Palace stage in 1999 with Bye Bye Birdie starring Rue McClanahan
What is your all-time favorite Broadway show?
Sunset Blvd. Been seeing it for more than twenty years. I’ve seen Glenn Close (twice!), Diahann Carroll (twice!), and Petula Clark all play Norma Desmond.
Steven has been with Playhouse Square since 2018. Steven’s knowledge of Playhouse Square and extensive ticketing experience has made him the perfect person to assist our Inner Circle level donors.
My all-time favorite show would have to be Hamilton.
What is your favorite thing to do while you are not working at Playhouse Square?
My favorite things to do while not at work would be spending time with my wife and watching movies together.
Owen joined the Playhouse Square team in July of 2023. He recently graduated from the Syracuse University, where he majored in Television/Radio/Film Management and has had a lifelong passion for theater. Owen is new to Cleveland and is excited to start this new journey with Playhouse Square assisting Supporting Friends and Investor level donors.
My all-time favorite Broadway show is Les Mis.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to read, write and play the banjo.
