Job Summary:
The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for all operational and financial activities of a portfolio of properties and for operating buildings on behalf of ownership.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Tenant Management
- Manage the day-to-day property management for a portfolio of properties.
- Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues.
- Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure that objectives are being met. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate and complete reports, as well as coordinate ownership meetings.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues and processes.
Property Maintenance
- Complete regular property inspections and review preventative maintenance schedules.
- Work with maintenance team on work order follow up and resolving tenant issues.
- Review emergency planning.
- Manage capital projects and tenant improvements.
Property Financial Reporting & Management
- Manage vendor contracts including creating RFPs and tracking expiration dates. Identify areas for cost savings.
- Prepare and/or review the annual operating expense reconciliations using Microsoft Excel or MRI software.
- Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances.
- Review aging report, handle tenant collections, as well as evictions and escalate to Legal as necessary. Review collections and escalate to Legal as necessary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent training, certification, and/or experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial property management.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with Yardi, MRI, or other real estate software systems highly desired.
- Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License.
- RPA or CPM preferred.
