Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting, managing, and continuously improving Playhouse Square’s digital workplace environments. This role provides Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support for end users while also owning endpoint lifecycle management, identity and access administration, and day to day workplace technology operations.
The analyst works closely with infrastructure, security, and systems engineering individuals to ensure devices, applications, and user access are reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
User Account Creation & Management
- Manages user identities, group policies, and access permissions via M365 & Entra AD.
Asset and Inventory Control Tracking
- Maintains accurate asset inventories and configuration baselines.
Equipment Configuration, Deployment and Patching
- Installs, configures, and maintains desktops, laptops, and mobile.
- Monitors device health, compliance for endpoints and apply security patches and updates through automated deployment tools.
Tier 1 & 2 Direct Support
- Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Desktop/Laptop, Desktop/Laptop OS, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android) through remote and onsite troubleshooting.
- Manages, creates, and resolves service desk tickets for desktop and mobile environments to maintain user productivity and system reliability.
- Provides after-hours on-call support for evening and weekend theater activities to ensure uninterrupted technical operations.
- Provides hardware support for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, scanners, and other mobile devices.
- Assists the system engineer with system administration tasks, including routine monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting desktop environments and Microsoft 365 suite of applications and tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for managing desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in hybrid or cloud-only environments.
- Proficiency with Entra ID for identity and access management across cloud and SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of SaaS application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting, especially within Microsoft 365 and third-party integrations.
- Ability to automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to streamline device and user management.
- Understanding of cloud security principles, including conditional access, multifactor authentication (MFA), and data loss prevention (DLP).
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes, including incident, request, and change management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, mobile, and cloud-based systems, with a focus on minimizing downtime and user impact.
