Salary: $56,000 to $68,000, pay based on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary:
The Information Technology Project Manager serves as both project leader and business analyst, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver technological solutions that meet business objectives. This role manages project plans, schedules, and resources; gathers and analyzes business requirements; translates needs into functional specifications; and drives process improvements and digital transformation. It also ensures clear communication with stakeholders and fosters collaboration to achieve successful project outcomes.
Areas of Direct Responsibility:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure technology projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor progress against milestones and adjust schedules as needed to keep project on track.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status, decisions, and deliverables, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Other IT duties as assigned.
Business Needs & Case Development
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, assess current processes, and identify gaps.
- Translate needs into functional specifications and create business cases and ROI analysis to justify proposed solutions.
Process & System Improvement
- Conduct process reviews and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimize workflows and enhance system performance.
- Promote adoption of innovative technologies and automation opportunities.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and support digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a process improvement role desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, CBAP, or PMI-PBA is desired but not required.
