Season Ticket Services Representative

  • Shift: Mon-Fri. with eligible shifts 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 12:45 to 5:00 p.m.
  • Salary: $13/hour with an eligibility for an increase after completing a successful 90 days.

Job Summary:

The Season Ticket Services Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and support to Playhouse Square season ticket holders. This position handles inbound and outbound communications, assists with retention and ticket package logistics, and represents Playhouse Square at events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Season Ticket Holder Service & Communication

  • Responds to season ticket holder inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provides accurate information about Playhouse Square events in addition to Resident Companies, Broadway in Akron, Children’s Theater Series, and district amenities to drive revenue and maximize guest experience.
  • Upholds Playhouse Square’s exemplary sales and service expectations.

Ticketing & Fulfillment

  • Supports the fulfillment of benefit materials.
  • Processes ticketing sales, benefits, reprints, and mailings.

Sales & Donation Support

  • Achieves and exceeds retention, revenue and donation KPIs.  

Technology & Data Management

  • Accurately logs every call and maintains guest activity data through CRM and ticketing platforms with 100% accuracy, ensuring data integrity and secure handling of financial information.  

General Administrative & Departmental Support

  • Assist other Ticket Sales and Services departments as needed.
  • Represent Playhouse Square at events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Prior phone and customer service experience required; sales experience preferred.
  2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred.
