- Part-Time/Hourly/Non-exempt
- Part Time: Various shifts needed, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Minimum 12 hours per week. Evenings and weekends as needed.
- This position is also eligible for commission and bonus payments.
- Salary: Starting rate is $13/hour with an eligibility of an increase after completing a successful 90 days.
Job Summary:
The Ticketing Concierge, Inside Sales, is responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional guest service for Playhouse Square through both outbound and inbound sales efforts to grow the largest season ticket holder base in North America. This position focuses on acquiring new Broadway in Cleveland season ticket holders through creative means, supporting fundraising initiatives, and providing high-quality assistance to guests. The role requires accurate management of guest data, consistent achievement of sales and service goals, adherence to the Ticket Sales and Service Playbook, support for departmental operations, and representation of Playhouse Square at external events.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound Broadway in Cleveland Season Ticket Sales
- Consistently completes outbound daily call volume quota provided by management.
- Consistently offers the best seating available, including donor memberships for seating access.
- Accurately inputs and maintains guest data and sales documentation in SFCRM and AudienceView.
- Maximizes the use of Salesforce and Setmore to increase outbound engagement with assigned leads.
- Meets and exceeds sales goals for the Broadway in Cleveland product.
- Meets and exceeds the standards of the Ticket Sales and Service Playbook to the highest level.
- Meets and exceeds sales contest goals established by leadership.
- Participates in outbound networking and sales events to support the Broadway in Cleveland campaign.
- Distributes Broadway in Cleveland marketing pieces and business cards to networks.
- Develops and implements personal strategic acquisition initiatives beyond traditional outbound calling to drive growth of the KeyBank Broadway Series.
Inbound Broadway in Cleveland season ticket sales
- Answers inbound phone calls and return voicemails regarding purchasing tickets related to the Inside Sales phone line, voicemail, Setmore appointments, and email inbox, including but not limited to the sale of Broadway in Cleveland season tickets.
- Consistently offers the best seating available.
Fundraising
- Meets and exceeds the Inside Sales and Ticket Sales & Service monthly and annual fundraising goals.
- Proactively identifies new donor prospects and sell donor memberships when interacting with all guests.
- Develops and implements personal strategic acquisition initiatives beyond traditional outbound calling to drive growth of the Playhouse Square donor base.
- Actively contributes to outbound donor renewal or lapsed campaigns
- Meets and exceeds goals of all donor campaigns.
- Meets and exceeds personal daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual or campaign-driven fundraising goals established by leadership.
Maximize Revenue & Provide Exemplary Service
- Maximize revenue through each call made or received while providing exemplary service.
- Remain up to date with the Ticket Sales and Service Playbook.
- Provide exemplary service and be a proactive solution source to all guests according to the Ticket Sales & Service Playbook.
- Record and act on F.O.R.D. identified during guest interactions.
- Remain up to date with all Playhouse Square District businesses, events, and performances to aid in creating experiences for new Broadway in Cleveland season ticket holders.
- Generate revenues through the sale of all Playhouse Square products, along with donations, donor memberships, gift cards, and experiential packages when appropriate during a Broadway in Cleveland season ticket sale.
- Consistently work to upsell and cross-sell ticket sales across a variety of products.
General Administrative & Departmental Support
- Assists other departments as needed.
- Attends training on new products, campaigns, or updates and completes any certifications required.
- Attends daily huddles, quarterly and annual meetings to remain up to date on Playhouse Square information and Ticket Sales and Service goals.
- Ensures personal space and shared spaces are clean, organized, and a highly productive and creative workspace.
- Represents Playhouse Square at outside events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous direct phone sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Minimum completed education of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the performing arts is a plus.
- Prior experience with event ticketing in sales and service setting a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of current PC hardware and software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends when needed.
- Prior experience with outbound networking and sales events a plus.
