DEATH BECOMES HER
What’s it about?
Based on the cult-classic film, Death Becomes Her is a darkly hilarious musical comedy about two rivals who will stop at nothing - even cheating death - to stay young and beautiful forever.
Who wrote it?
Book by Marco Pennette, with music and lyrics by Julia Mattison and Noel Carey.
Accolades:
The Broadway production earned 10 Tony Award nominations, making it one of the most nominated musicals of the season. It received the 2025 Tony Award for Best Costume Design of a Musical, won by Designer Paul Tazewell - an Akron Ohio native!
Cleveland is honored to be selected as the launch city for the National Tour of Death Becomes Her.
MAMMA MIA!
What’s it about?
A feel-good story set on a Greek island where a daughter secretly invites three men from her mother’s past to discover which one is her father.
Who wrote it?
Featuring the music of ABBA, with a book by Catherine Johnson.
Accolades:
The Broadway production received multiple Tony Awards nominations in its original season including Best Musical and became one of the longest-running shows in Broadway history. It is a global phenomenon, performed in over 60 countries, across all six continents and was adapted into a blockbluster movie in 2008 led by Meryl Streep!
BOOP! THE MUSICAL

Betty Boop steps out of her black-and-white cartoon world and into modern-day New York in this vibrant new musical adventure.
Who wrote it?
Music by David Foster, lyrics by Susan Birkenhead, and book by Bob Martin.
Accolades:
It was nominated for 11 Drama Desk Awards, the most of any 2025 production, winning 3. It also received several Tony Award nominations, including recognition for performance and choreography during the 2025 season.
MAYBE HAPPY ENDING
What’s it about?
In a near-future Seoul, two outdated helper robots form an unexpected connection in this heartfelt and visually stunning musical about love and humanity.

Created by Will Aronson and Hue Park.

Maybe Happy Ending achieved massive critical acclaim at the 78th Tony Awards in 2025, winning six awards - the most of any show that night - including Best Musical, Best Direction and Best Lead Actor.

HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD

Harry Potter’s son Albus embarks on a journey that could alter the past and future of the wizarding world.
