On Friday mornings from June 5 through August 28, enjoy a free outdoor summer series of energizing and instructor-led group fitness classes on the Plaza! From 7 to 8 a.m., stay active and take advantage of the sights and sounds of the PSQ district. All classes held in June will be yoga.

Get ready for some fun! Every Thursday from July 23 to August 27, Playhouse Square Plaza transforms into a lively outdoor summer playground. From 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., visitors of all ages can enjoy a mix of classic lawn games, hands-on interactive activities and video game trucks, making it a perfect midday destination for entertainment and relaxation.

Tri-C JazzFest
Tri-C JazzFest returns June 25-27 for a celebration that doesn’t stop at the stage. Outside step into a vibrant outside community festival, packed with delicious food, hands-on activities, local vendors, and nonstop fun for all ages. BorderLight Theatre Festival
From July 8-11, BorderLight returns for four exhilarating days of bold, original, and unforgettable performance. At its core, BorderLight is Fringe—unfiltered, unconventional, and full of discovery—alongside a select international program. With 40+ productions across 15 stages in the Playhouse Square neighborhood, you’ll binge on theater, explore new ideas and connect with artists from Cleveland, the U.S. and around the world. Whether you join for every show or just one, there is something for everyone.

City Club Outdoor Forums
The City Club of Cleveland’s free Outdoor Summer Series, presented by Thompson Hine, returns this July with the unifying theme “WE THE PEOPLE.” Held on Wednesdays at 11:45 a.m. from July 1–29, the series highlights Cleveland’s diverse communities, rich culture, and thriving democracy.

Sunshine + warmer weather means patio dining is available at various locations in the PSQ District, including Corbo's Bakery, Sittoo’s, Parnell's Pub, Bin 216, Yours Truly, 1942 Tacos and Tequila, Hofbräuhaus, Something Good Social Kitchen, and Zaytoon Lebanese Kitchen. Whether you’re dining or relaxing, patio furniture is also now available on the Playhouse Square Plaza.
